For each change you’d like to make in your life, we’ll dedicate two appointments.

You receive a recording to listen to every day.

To solidify the changes we work on together, it’s important that you listen at home.

Some patterns may prove particularly challenging.

As needed, we can re-visit habits and thought patterns that are more stubborn.
